Nothing. Yes, really. We’ll cover the courier cost to send your order to you, anywhere in South Africa. Delivery is super fast, as well as secure. We move hundreds of phones, laptops and other gadgets around SA every month and have a great relationship with our couriers. They will make sure you get your device faster than you’d think possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT, all major credit cards, cash deposit and SCode. We also offer three finance options. Exciting update: Our cash on delivery service has just been launched and if you are in Cape Town, you can choose “cash on delivery” at checkout. COD deliveries take two to three working days to arrive and you can safely pay by cash or VISA/Mastercard on delivery. For more info about our COD frequently asked questions, click here ! The finance options are Payflex, LayUp, FASTA and Mobicred. LayUp is a lay-by payment method which allows you to put down a deposit (currently 50%) and then pay off the difference over three months. You can check out their website here . No credit checks are done. You only received your order once you have paid for the order in full. Any cancellation of a Lay-up order will forfeit 10% to cover commission costs and the time period of which the device was reserved for. Some more FAQ’s can be seen here . We can also accept Discovery Miles if you order via our store on bidorbuy.co.za. All of the items for sale on our website are also for sale on bidorbuy. PayFlex and FASTA do a credit check and allow you to pay off your purchase over a period of six weeks (PayFlex) and four months (FASTA). A credit check is done. You receive your order once your finance has been approved and the first payment has been made. Both options typically offer up to R8,000 in credit. You can apply at checkout – it takes less than three minutes to process your application and to see if you have been approved.

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

How long does shipping take?

Delivery to major cities takes one to two working days. Delivery to outlying areas takes two to four working days. Both Epic Deals and our couriers are open on weekdays only. Items such as gaming consoles and iMacs will by default take 3-4 working days even if you are located within an overnight delivery area. If you asked for COD delivery ( Cape Town Only ) delivery takes two to three working days.

When will my order ship?

If payment clears into our account before 12PM on a weekday, we will ship your order on the same day. If payment clears after 12PM, your order will be sent out the following day.

How do I track my order?

We will email the tracking information once the couriers have collected your order. Tracking updates are viewable online the following morning.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address can only be revised until the couriers collect our orders, which is usually 2pm on weekdays. Please let us know ASAP if any delivery details need to be changed.

Unfortunately, this device does not carry a warranty.

Software, liquid, and physical damages are not covered.

Please note that no liquid-damaged devices will be covered by our warranty regardless of the manufacturer’s advertisements regarding water resistance. The liquid resistance is tested under strict conditions and due to the nature of our business being pre-owned, there is no way of testing the seals. Consequently, we are unable to guarantee the effectiveness of these seals, making it necessary to exclude liquid-damaged devices from our warranty coverage.

Devices will be sent to us for warranty claims and will be processed as quickly as possible.
