Software, liquid, and physical damages are not covered.

The liquid resistance is tested under strict conditions and due to the nature of our business being pre-owned, there is no way of testing the seals. Consequently, we are unable to guarantee the effectiveness of these seals, making it necessary to exclude liquid-damaged devices from our warranty coverage.

Devices will be sent to us for warranty claims and will be processed as quickly as possible.
