In association with SA’s best repair centre, Platinum Repairs, your device will be covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty begins the day you receive your device.
Software, liquid, and physical damages are not covered.
Please note that no liquid-damaged devices will be covered by our warranty regardless of the manufacturer’s advertisements regarding water resistance. The liquid resistance is tested under strict conditions and due to the nature of our business being pre-owned, there is no way of testing the seals. Consequently, we are unable to guarantee the effectiveness of these seals, making it necessary to exclude liquid-damaged devices from our warranty coverage.
Devices will be sent to us for warranty claims and will be processed as quickly as possible.
