The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because there was an item i bought and i had already made eft payment but unfortunately the item was already taken as it was the last one, then i ended up getting my refund within 2 days. I am now 2 years in on my purchase of a Galaxy Z Flip 5 from Epic Deals. I initially bought a Brand new Sealed 256GB version and the next day I got a call saying it was unfortunately sold. In exchange I was offered a mint condition 512GB version for cheaper and was initially unhappy but went ahead.
It's just honest. This is hands-down the most human interaction I've had with any company, and I don't even know what their voices sound like. There's so much character in every grain of communication that it felt like buying from a friend I've known all my life, that just happens to also own a business I want to buy from.
