Exciting update: Our cash on delivery service has just been launched and if you are in Cape Town, you can choose “cash on delivery” at checkout. The finance options are Payflex, LayUp, FASTA and Mobicred.
LayUp is a lay-by payment method which allows you to put down a deposit (currently 50%) and then pay off the difference over three months. You can check out their website here. No credit checks are done. You only received your order once you have paid for the order in full. PayFlex and FASTA do a credit check and allow you to pay off your purchase over a period of six weeks (PayFlex) and four months (FASTA). A credit check is done. You receive your order once your finance has been approved and the first payment has been made. Both options typically offer up to R8,000 in credit.

Delivery to outlying areas takes two to four working days. Both Epic Deals and our couriers are open on weekdays only.
Items such as gaming consoles and iMacs will by default take 3-4 working days even if you are located within an overnight delivery area.
If you asked for COD delivery (Cape Town Only) delivery takes two to three working days.
If payment clears into our account before 12PM on a weekday, we will ship your order on the same day. If payment clears after 12PM, your order will be sent out the following day.
We will email the tracking information once the couriers have collected your order. Tracking updates are viewable online the following morning.

Please be advised that your shipping address can only be revised until the couriers collect our orders, which is usually 2pm on weekdays. Please let us know ASAP if any delivery details need to be changed.
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection by logging a return on the website.
We will arrange to collect the product at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and the video footage of how the product was packed, we will validate the return. We will then at your discretion arrange one of the following solutions:
We buy used tech devices, thoroughly test and refurbish them, and then resell them.
The device is functional without additional repairs, but has notable damage to major components. It’s more like Eskom – it’s great if it works but you know you can’t trust it. It could fail at any time.
Issues that would put a device in this category would include a cracked or broken screen, a damaged casing, faulty battery, broken Touch or Face ID sensors and any other components required for the device to be in full working order. Deep scratches, cracks, or dents would qualify the device as poor condition.
The device is fully working and does not require any repairs to be used further. Minor evidence of previous use in the form of small scratches and scuffs are acceptable.
Battery maximum capacity (visible in Settings > Battery > Battery Health) must be at 90% or above. If it’s lower than that, we would have to replace the battery before the phone can be resold. A fee of R250 will be deducted from the payout, to go towards covering this cost.
The device is fully working and does not require any repairs to be used further. The device has absolutely no signs of previous use, not even minor scuffs or scratches are visible, the device is as good as new.
Battery maximum capacity (visible in Settings > Battery > Battery Health) must be at 95% or higher.
The device still has all original factory seals intact with no evidence of tampering. The box has been been unsealed or opened, and the device has never been used. Devices must be free from any contractual obligation.
