Not only that, once payment was made, the process took very little time despite the phone being transported from JHB to rural KZN. When I received my phone it came very well presented and securely bubble wrapped with a brand new type c/USB charger, a bag of sweets, and a hand written note congratulating me on my purchase.
It's just honest. This is hands-down the most human interaction I've had with any company, and I don't even know what their voices sound like.
