Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign out of my PSN account first?
No. Unlike phones, there’s no PlayStation account lock that survives a factory reset. We’d recommend doing one for your own privacy (Settings > System > Initialization > Reset to Factory Default), but it’s not required for us to make you an offer.
Do you buy PlayStations that don’t turn on or have a faulty disc drive?
